authKey: Type: SystemString
Authentication Key obtained from the loginExt method in UserManagementService for a current administrator connection.

Type: String
Returns a complete list of all countries in the database.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ApplicationException	Invalid authorization key
ApplicationException	Insufficient privileges

Remarks

The authorization key provided must be linked to an administrator role.
